Reformer Flow

Offers a dynamic and versatile workout suitable for all fitness levels, emphasizing a moderate tempo for a seamless experience. 

Tower Flow

Engaging class that uses the Pilates tower to deliver a comprehensive full-body workout, accommodating various fitness levels.

Intermediate Flow

Uplifting class will fully challenge you, with quicker transitions and more advanced exercises on the reformer, chair, mat or arcs.

Classical Flow/Sunday Classic

Experience a dynamic, full-body Pilates class rooted in Joseph Pilates’ six Classical Principles. Build core strength, flexibility, and mobility while leaving feeling energized—not exhausted. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, with varied equipment in a supportive environment.

NEw! Osteo-Safe Pilates

Move with confidence in this gentle, equipment-based Pilates class tailored for those with forms of low-bone density (osteoporosis or osteopenia). Emphasis is placed on safe alignment, strength building, and improving balance for everyday life.

New to Pilates?

Welcome!  We recommend you take 1-3 appointments (private sessions) before joining a group class. This allows you to become familiar with the Pilates method and your body's modifications needed during a class.
