New to Pilates?
Welcome! We recommend you take 1-3 private sessions with one of our instructors before joining a group class. This allows you to become familiar with the Pilates method and your body's modifications needed during a class.

Our Instructors
Dami Hughes
Dami is a movement professional with certifications spanning massage therapy, Pilates, yoga, and a bachelor of science in holistic health and wellness, and she continues to deepen her expertise as a comprehensively trained Polestar Pilates instructor with additional trainings from Peak, the Pilates Center, and Balanced Body.
Megan Lay, NCPT
Megan is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and Polestar-trained Pilates instructor with a background in dance performance. She is dedicated to helping others find strength, healing, and joy in movement—especially those recovering from sports and dance-related injuries.
Maggie Melancon
Maggie received classical Pilates training through Whole Body Method in Los Angeles. After decades of long-distance running and weightlifting, Maggie turned to Pilates during recovery from hip replacement surgery. She now helps others build strength and well-being through personalized private and group instruction.
