New to Pilates?

Welcome!  We recommend you take 1-3 private sessions with either of our instructors before joining a group class. This allows you to become familiar with the Pilates method and your body's modifications needed during a class.

Dami Hughes

Dami is a highly trained movement professional with certifications spanning massage therapy, Pilates, yoga, and holistic health, and she continues to deepen her expertise as a comprehensively certified Polestar Pilates instructor with additional trainings from Peak, the Pilates Center, and Balanced Body.

Megan Lay

Megan is a Polestar-trained Pilates instructor with a background in dance performance. She is dedicated to helping others find strength, healing, and joy in movement—especially those recovering from sports and dance-related injuries.
